SpeakOut has been built and developed as a truly open, inclusive, and supportive environment where everyone – including students, teachers, and staff – feels confident and comfortable to speak their thoughts out. That is also where the name “SpeakOut” comes from: a place where every voice matters and everyone feels heard, respected, and valued.
At SpeakOut, we strongly believe that a happy school creates better education and contributes to sustainable development for both students and educators. When students feel happy, safe, respected, and motivated, they learn more effectively, develop stronger confidence, and build a lifelong love for learning. At the same time, when teachers and staff feel supported and appreciated, they are able to grow professionally and create even more positive impacts on students and the community.

That is why our classrooms and teaching strategies always prioritize students’ happiness and joy first in order to build up their love for language, especially with a foreign language like English. Through a large variety of activities, games, projects, art and crafts, presentations, and interactive lessons, students gradually build their confidence in all four English skills: Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening.
Students are often happy right after their very first trial lesson at SpeakOut, and they continue bringing that excitement to class every day. Some of them even want to come to class on the days they are not supposed to. To many students, SpeakOut is not only an English center or a school, but also a safe, joyful, and welcoming place where they can truly be themselves.

For teachers and staff, SpeakOut is also a happy workplace. We do not look for each other’s mistakes, but for each other’s growth and celebrate it together. We celebrate small wins, support one another, and are never afraid to share our own ideas.
That is how SpeakOut continues growing every day as a Happy School for sustainable and meaningful education.
